​Those who are looking for a home selection will have access to our secure online rental application. The fee is $90.00. All adults, whether you are husband and wife or roommates, must apply regardless of employment status. We also require two copies of each applicant’s most recent pay stubs or form of employment and digital copies of photo IDs. Our applicants are instructed to upload these during the process, which takes about 2-4 business days.
